The term 'by you' means you the purchaser. The term 'us' means ToiStore. ToiStore is the trading name of ToiStore Ltd whose registered address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Company registration number 11648985 (England & Wales).

If you place the order online, you will receive an automatically produced email confirmation to your nominated email account of your order details. The order confirmation you receive confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet it in full. You will also be allocated a transaction number for that order - please quote this as your reference in any enquiries you may make.

1. PRICES

All prices shown on the shopping website are excluding postage and packaging. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices on our website are accurate we will need to validate the price before your order is processed. If the correct price is different from the one on your order or we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can cancel your order. In such cases, we will refund your monies in full. Clicking on our BUY NOW button is not deemed an 'invitation to purchase' by us but an 'expression of interest' by you.

All product prices shown on the shopping website exclude postage and packaging. Postage and packaging are added at the checkout and is free for orders above a certain value.

When discount codes are applied at the checkout and any tax is charged, the price of goods excl. taxes will be subject to the discount code applied.

All Card payment transactions on the site are made in GB Pounds. You will be charged in your local currency at the exchange rate at the time of purchase. The exchange rate is determined by your local bank/card provider and not by ToiStore.

 

2. PRODUCTS

Whilst every effort is made to supply the product shown, it may be necessary due to design changes, alterations, delivery suppliers, new editions and other reasons outside of our control to replace the item purchased with a similar product.

We will endeavour to notify you of the change prior to dispatch. Adult toys are sold for novelty purposes only and we regret that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange underwear and toys.

3. LIABILITY

We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions on our website and/or in our marketing materials and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.  For overseas orders, it is your responsibility to ensure that any goods are allowed in your country of origin.  We will not accept liability for items that customs confiscate due to being illegal.

4. PAYMENT

For Credit/Debit Card payments you may use Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Maestro. All prices quoted in our online shop are in UK Pounds Sterling.

5. TWO-HOUR DELIVERY

2-hour delivery is for destinations within central London’s transportation zones 1 and 2. All items are discreetly packaged under a plain cover.

The delivery timescale is 1-2 hours. This is a guideline and not a guarantee.

We DO NOT accept orders with 2-hour delivery from and DO NOT deliver within 2 hours outside of central London (transportation zones 1 and 2)

 

If we are unable to confirm any of the delivery details with you within one hour from the time when the order was placed, your order will be cancelled (undeliverable).

6. RETURNS

Please inspect your goods upon delivery. Should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then contact us and we will instruct you how and where to return your goods. We have a return policy of 30 days; please ensure you return items within 30 days from delivery. We recommend contacting us prior to initiating a return, to discuss the process.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, all returned items MUST be unused and in their original packaging unless your item is faulty.

For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met:

1. The goods must be unopened and unused.

2. The goods must be returned in their original condition & packaging. 

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

4. Items that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received the order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

8. Delivery fees will not be refunded.

9. Use delivery service providing detailed tracking information of your return. It is your responsibility to ensure your item gets delivered to us safely.

10. Exchanged products will be delivered to you free of charge, by Royal Mail or an equivalent service provider (first exchange only; delivery fees will apply to subsequent exchanges of the same purchase).

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to cancel the return/refund and send the products back to you.

​If returned products are not clean, they will be returned to you as we are unable to test them (if faulty). If we are unable to confirm items as faulty, we reserve the right to send them to their manufacturers for confirmation.

Refunds are processed only if the above conditions are met (no exceptions).

Would you buy from us knowing that we accept returns of used items and re-sell them? (We would not.)

7. CANCELLATIONS

The delivery fees (charged by a third party) are non-refundable: orders shipped and returned to us incur a £19 fee to cover also the standard courier delivery charges in Central London (this applies to all orders).

 

8. SPECIAL OFFERS/CLEARANCE 

Special offer items, sale items, end of line/clearance items are non-refundable.

Any goods returned after 30 days from the shipment date cannot be exchanged, credited, or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Sale items are non-refundable.

Men’s Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If the product is faulty or damaged please contact us.

 

8. SPECIAL OFFERS

Whilst every effort is made to supply products from our Special Offers section, we are limited by stock levels of a particular item. All original prices shown in this section are based on RRP or our previous selling price. In some cases, purchases of any Special Offer may be limited or declined with no reason given.

Use of the term 'boy' or 'teen' is for descriptive purposes only and always relate to models aged 18 or over.

While we make every effort to ensure that our products are legal for sale within the UK, and most of our products are on general sale on UK high-streets, we make no warranties or indemnities express or implied as to the legality of purchase, import, export, display, sale, publication or distribution of any product in any jurisdiction.
